The food is the same as the rest of the chain. The location is OK and easy to get into traveling west. If you are coming east on Granada you have to turn before it into the Walmart or the entrance for the apartments behind Walmart. Overall the food is OK. I miss the salads that they used to have. They would cut up a chicken breast and put it on the salad to go. The hot food is just OK but likely better for you that KFC or Chick-Filet.

Eat here about once a week. Food is generally ok. Never a wow. They are almost always at the bottom of the pan. They are slow to help. Girl on a personal call tonight creating even slower experience. Ugh!!! So sick of bad service. All they need to do is bring the workers in from across the street at Chick Filet to deliver good service and keep the food fresh and hot in the case. Then it would be great.

A triumph of deliciousness. I lament their absence in my home region and celebrate them when I visit my mother. As I did just now. (True story!) Comfort food! The look and feel of home cooking! Yummy! Your mileage my vary.

Stopped in for lunch and it wasn't busy at all So I order my meal and they make my plate but didn't have any Mac n cheese. So they sit me and my incomplete plate down. Without eating any of my food, waiting on the Mac n cheese it took 5 minutes to bring it to me. I was perturbed cause the rest of my food got cold. When they brought the Mac out to me I told them that the rest of my food got cold. He said no problem sir, I'll make u a fresh plate. If I was corporate I wouldn't waste food like that. Ask the customer what they want before making their plates. If it's not all out, wait till it is to make the plate. I'm sure I'm not the only person who complained about this.

As far as fairly inexpensive comfort food in a timely manner, you really could do worse than Boston Market. And normally we have pretty good experiences with Boston Market, however this past visit was rather strange. The staff was slow and sluggish and generally just seemed like a bunch of heavily medicated zombies who did not know what was going on. Seriously these people seemed like they were in a trance or something. It was really weird. There was a stack of dirty plates heaped with old food by the soda dispenser and it literally had flies buzzing around it. We took our seats and ate our meal which was just as good as any other meal we've had at Boston Market. Nothing remarkable, just meatloaf and creamed spinach and macaroni that is somewhere between school cafeteria grade and like Grandma used to make - if Grandma was a robot that cranked out consistly C+ grade food. Still, we were creeped out by the strange behavior of the staff, so we gulped our meal down and left as quickly as possible. I don't think I'd eat at this location again. It's kind of gross and all the workers have all been brainwashed or lobotomized or something. Weird, man.

Traveling for work sucks. You're not in your own bed. Your friend are far away. And you eat poorly. Even though Boston Market isn't the best place to eat every day, they serve up some good comfort food here and it tastes like home. Well, my mother never cooked this well, but I digress... Being a chain, their food is pretty consistent, which is nice. The most appealing thing about coming here is the staff. They're all really friendly and helpful.
